Predictable Scale. No Chaos.

Leadership in IT: Over 15 years of experience, managing teams of 25+ engineers and driving 3-5 projects in parallel.

Andrey Garkusha

About Me

I am an IT leader with 15 years of experience, building systems where engineering precision meets management discipline. I specialize in "Scalable Predictability"—bridging the gap between technical depth (from Linux Kernel to AI) and business value.

Currently, I lead 30+ engineers through an AI transformation. I implement CMMI Level 3 maturity while keeping the speed of Agile, driven by the belief that processes are a lever for freedom. A well-tuned system removes chaos and allows a team to focus on real innovation.

Outside of management, I am a "maker" and solo sailor. Whether I am woodworking or navigating the sea, I apply the same principles: total personal responsibility and the art of fine-tuning complex systems.
